How much of my tip reaches the team member?

The platform fee is 4% of the tip with a $0.50 minimum, so the exact share depends on the amount: a $20 tip carries an $0.80 fee and $19.20 reaches them, while a $5 tip carries the $0.50 minimum and $4.50 reaches them. If you tick 'cover the fee', you pay the fee on top and the whole tip reaches them. The amount screen shows the exact figure before you pay.
